KidsCast Terms of Service

1. These Terms apply to the usage agreement between you and us regarding the App.
2. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

The terms used in these Terms shall have the following meanings:

1. "User" refers to all persons who use the Service.
2. "Registered User" refers to those who have completed user registration and use the App.
3. "User Registration" refers to being registered as a user on our server.
4. "Personal Information" refers to information that can identify a specific user.

By using the App, you agree to comply with Apple's guidelines and policies. You represent and warrant that you will not use the App in any manner prohibited by these guidelines and policies.

1. The App is a subscription-based service, and unlimited use requires payment of fees as specified within the App.
2. By subscribing, you agree to pay monthly fees through your Apple account.
3. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account subscription settings.
4. We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time, with changes applying to new subscribers and existing subscribers at renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your Apple account subscription settings. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through mediation. You may file a lawsuit only if mediation is not possible.

The App is provided "as is," and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the App.

The App sets a maximum usage limit per user. In cases of excessive use, we may temporarily suspend usage.

We reserve the right to make changes to the App, including adding or removing features and functionality, at any time without notice.

We may terminate or suspend your use of the App at any time, with or without cause, without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time, so please review them periodically. The latest version of these Terms was updated in 2023.

1. Users wishing to register must agree to these Terms and complete our registration process.
2. We will conduct necessary reviews and register the applicant's information upon approval.
3. We may decline user registration based on the review of application contents.

We will appropriately handle acquired personal information and manage it according to our separately established Privacy Policy.

1. All intellectual property rights related to content and information within the App belong to us.
2. Users may not reproduce, repost, modify, translate, or redistribute App content without our permission.

Users shall not engage in the following actions:

1. Infringing on others' intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks
2. Violating others' privacy
3. Unauthorized access or transmission of viruses
4. Any other actions we deem inappropriate

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes related to these Terms.
